At Bailie’s, we look for great people who love kids to work with us.

Many of them are former students or team members of Bailie's Gymnastics.
They loved their experience so much, they wanted to be a part of it for the next generation!
We hire people who are able to communicate well with children, work well within our teaching
philosophy, and who can be great role models.

All of our Staff Members are trained with Managers and other Staff Members
before being allowed to teach classes alone. We have a DVD library that
Staff Members complete so that everyone is familiar with our "Fun and Fit" curriculum
and is on the same page about what to teach. We also require all of our staff to
attend regular Staff Meetings and Workshops in order to improve their skills.

Bailie's Gymnastics uses the "GymCert" program to certify its staff. This video gives you an overview of this program.

The certification of gymnastics coaches will produce the following favorable outcomes:
•            Provide a better and safer environment for gymnastics athletes.
•            Raise the standard of gymnastics coaches.
